Thông tin chung về Doanh nghiệp

API này cung cấp thông tin chi tiết về các Công ty niêm yết trên sàn chứng khoán, bao gồm mã tổ chức, mã quốc tế (ISIN), mã nhóm công ty, mã ngành theo ICB, loại hình kinh tế và công ty, loại hình doanh nghiệp trước khi cổ phần hóa, mã quốc gia, mã công ty chứng khoán, trạng thái giao dịch ký quỹ, trạng thái kiểm soát, mã niêm yết (Ticker), tên đầy đủ và tên ngắn gọn của công ty, tên trên thanh địa chỉ trình duyệt web, số cổ phiếu lưu hành, số cổ phiếu giao dịch tự do và tỷ lệ, số cổ phiếu niêm yết, vốn điều lệ, ngày niêm yết, giá chào sàn, khối lượng giao dịch ngày đầu tiên, số lượng cổ đông, ngày chốt danh sách cổ đông, trạng thái bản ghi (khóa, mở, đã xóa), ngày tạo và cập nhật bản ghi. Các trường dữ liệu được mô tả bằng cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh, hỗ trợ phát triển ứng dụng đa ngôn ngữ.
